Painting has taught me to see the beauty in everything; especially my consuming interest in flowers and nature.  The image starts with an idea, ofttimes the direction changes as I compose the picture on the page.  I hope the viewer will enjoy my paintings as much as I enjoy creating them.  
Pat has studied at Glendale Community College and has participated in many workshops, including Virginia Cobb, Betsy Dillard Stroud, Ruth Palmisano, Robbie Laird, Betty Braig, and many others. 

She is represented by Critique Encounters Gallery in Prescott, Arizona.  Pat's paintings have received many ribbons and purchase awards, including Best of Show in Glendale Arizona.  At the 2006 Arizona Art Alliance Fall show, in addition to being selected this year's Featured Artist, Pat won Best of Show.  Her paintings are in corporate offices and private collections, worldwide including New York, Hawaiian Islands, and Singapore.    Pat was one of the founding members of the Phoenix Artists Guild, and has held office for 20 years. 
Pat is also one of the founding members of Arizona Pastel Artists Association, and on the Board of Directors for several years.  She is also a Board Member of Critique Encounters XII and a juried member of Arizona Art Alliance.  Pat has also judged many of the shows of different art affiliates.
