How to Order the Paintings
To place your order, please email the artist, giving details of the painting title, and your name, address, email, and phone number (optional).
The artist will email you with choices of payment and shipping arrangements and costs.
Payment Options
Each artist has their own payment system. You will need to arrange payment directly with the artist depending on which payment system they can accept. The most common forms of accepted payment arrangements are typically one of the following:
Personal check drawn on a major American bank in US dollars, make check payable to the artist
Payment by major credit cards with Paypal
Bank transferring (T/T) direct to the artist’s bank account.
Western Union
Money Gram
Shipping and Packaging
Once the artist has received your payment, they will ship your paintings using the shipping method you have previously agreed to.After shipping, the artist should email you the shipping details including date shipped, insurance and tracking numbers and method of shipment.
Paintings and drawings are shipped unframed. This is common practice and allows the buyer to make their personal choice according to their own taste and circumstances.
Return Policy
Each artist has their own return policy as stated on the “Artist Page”. Read this closely as the time period allowed for returns will vary depending upon the individual artist. Follow their instructions closely.
Note:
As with most internet sales, shipping and insurance costs are not refundable. You will have to pay for the return shipping, using the same express delivery service. The artwork must be received in the same undamaged condition as it was sent.
Damage Goods in Transit
We suggest that you check artwork for damage before accepting or signing for delivery, and make a note of damage on the delivery record. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, contact the artist immediately, and contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report. Be sure to contact the artist, they will need to provide the shipper with paperwork providing proof of purchase and or value.
Follow all instructions from the shipper carefully. You have paid for insurance and must follow the shipper’s procedures to collect your refund.
